As EYDK and Etkiyap Consortium, the launch event of “Empowering Disabled Women and Girls through Sports and Livelihood Opportunities”, which we implemented with the support of the British Embassy Bilateral Program and GBB in line with the UNESCO Fit for Life program, was held at UNESCO House in Paris with the high-level participation of project stakeholders.
At the launch event, Assistant Director-General for the Social and Human Sciences of UNESCO Gabriela Ramos, Ambassador and Permanent Delegate of UK to UNESCO Anna Nsubuga, Ambassador and Permanent Delegate of Türkiye to UNESCO Gülnur Aybet, Mayor of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Fatma Şahin, and Chair of EYDK & Etkiyap Şafak Müderrisgil highlighted the opportunities for future collaboration within the scope of our project.
Our project does not end here! The data and learnings will guide more inclusive and sustainable solutions in the long term.
