Spor Istanbul serves nearly 620 thousand members with its 2332 employees and 32 years of experience. In addition to the extensive sports service it provides in its facilities located all over Istanbul, Spor Istanbul organises many national and international events, in which thousands of people participate. Its ultimate goal is to integrate the sports culture into everyday urban life, increase the quality of life of the society and to spread sports to larger masses.
Purpose of the Analysis
To manage resources by determining the value created for the stakeholders by all of the activities as a whole, to set an example for Turkey’s work in sports in international platforms, to contribute to corporate reputation.
