The Impact Transparency Review 2025 by GSG Impact is out!
There is growing recognition that impact should be considered alongside risk and return in decision-making.
Since the Impact Taskforce introduced the idea of impact as a “third lens” in 2021, and the 2023 State of Play report called for full impact transparency, this agenda has become even more urgent in 2025.
Full impact transparency means having:
- complete
- comparable
- reliable information
to enable companies, investors, policymakers, consumers, and wider stakeholders to make better-informed decisions.
This is a critical step toward system-level transformation, where social and environmental impact is embedded at the heart of every policy, investment, business, and consumption decision.
